Kelsey Koester

Kelsey serves as the Marketing and Events Coordinator for American Principal Wealth Management and Aligned Partners Retirement Solutions. In her role, she plans and executes educational seminars and client appreciation events, manages client communications, and helps oversee daily office operations. What Kelsey enjoys most about her work is building meaningful relationships and connecting with clients, making each interaction a positive and memorable experience.

Outside the office, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her husband, Austin, their dog, Scottie, and 3 cats. She enjoys spending her days outside of work finding new places to take her dog on walks and hanging out with her friends and family.

Kelsey earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from the University of Southern Indiana in 2019 and her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2021. After spending two years in the healthcare field, she discovered her passion for event planning and client engagement, leading her to join AP in September 2023.
